Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 1 carrot(s)
- 500 g tomato puree
- 2 tbsp oregano, 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 250 ml red wine
- 3 cloves garlic
- 100 g cream
- 125 g bacon, diced
- salt and pepper
- 350 g pasta
- n. B. Parmesan, fresh, sliced
- e.g. fresh basil
Instructions

Peel the carrot, halve lengthwise, and slice into slices. Finely chop the garlic. Fry the bacon cubes in a pan, add the diced onion, and sauté until translucent. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Deglaze with the wine and reduce until almost no liquid remains. Prepare the pasta according to the package instructions. Add the carrot slices, tomato puree, ketchup, garlic, and cream and simmer for another 5 minutes. Add the oregano and cinnamon, and season with salt and pepper. Spread the sauce over the pasta, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and basil leaves, and serve.
