Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 130 g sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 6 egg yolks
- 130 g margarine
- Jam, red
- 6 egg whites
- 300 g sugar
- 300 g hazelnuts or coconut flakes
- Cake icing, chocolate

the way I like them
Make a shortcrust pastry from flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg yolks, and margarine. Chill for about 30 minutes. Roll out the dough and place it on a prepared baking sheet. Spread with red jam. The jam should cover the entire dough nicely. Beat the egg whites with sugar until stiff, then fold in the hazelnuts or coconut flakes. Spread it over the jam. Bake at 175°C (top and bottom heat) for about 15-25 minutes (every oven bakes differently, please note). Let cool and cut into squares. Then dip the corners or sides, as desired, in the chocolate glaze.
