Mango sorbet

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 700 g mango(s) (net weight)
  • 250 g sugar
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Puree the mango. Squeeze the lemons and squeeze the juice over the mango. Add the sugar and salt and mix well. Then pour everything into the running ice cream maker. Once the ice cream has set, pour it into pre-chilled containers and let it set a little longer in the freezer.
