- 1 pack of light cream cheese
- 1 pack of herb cream cheese, light
- 1 small onion(s)
- 500 g broccoli
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- nutmeg
- Fat for frying
- 1 shot of white wine
- 200 ml vegetable stock
- salt and pepper
- salt water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Clean the pork fillet and cut into 1-2 cm thick slices. Trim the broccoli and divide it into small florets. Dice the onion and finely slice the garlic. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add the broccoli florets to the boiling water. Cook for about 5 minutes. They should still be relatively firm. Drain the water, season the florets with a little nutmeg, and set aside. Render a little fat in a pan and sear the fillets. Then remove from the pan, season with salt and pepper, and keep warm. In the pan (in the fat from the fillets) sauté the onion until translucent and briefly sauté the garlic. Deglaze both with a splash of white wine. Reduce the white wine slightly and add the vegetable stock. Gradually add the cream cheese to the stock and let it melt. Once everything has melted, add the broccoli and pork fillets to the sauce and simmer gently for 2-3 minutes. Suitable side dishes include baguette, green salad with sugar and lemon juice.
