  • 250 g Butter
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 4 Eggs
  • 250 g Flour
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder
  • 150 g Dark chocolate
  • 150 ml Advocaat

Instructions

  • Grease a bundt pan (2.5 l capacity) and dust with breadcrumbs. Roughly chop the chocolate. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
  • Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt with the whisk of the mixer until creamy. Stir in eggs one at a time. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in alternately with the egg liqueur. Fold in the chopped chocolate.
  • Fill the dough into the mold. Bake in the hot oven for about 55 minutes. Take out and let cool in the mold for about 30 minutes. Then fall out of the mold and let cool down. Dust with powdered sugar. Whipped cream tastes good with it.
