Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Margarine
  • 300 g Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 300 g Sugar
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 300 ml Advocaat
  • 100 g Grated chocolate
  • -
  • 200 g White couverture
  • Grated chocolate
  • Margarine and flour for the mold

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 170 degrees upper and lower heat. Grease and flour a baking tray (30x40 cm).
  • Melt the margarine and let it cool down.
  • Mix flour with baking powder and sieve into a bowl with a lid (approx. 3l), mix sugar with vanilla sugar and pour on the flour.
  • Add the eggs, eggnog and liquid margarine and close the bowl tightly with the lid.
  • Then shake the bowl vigorously (about 30 seconds) so that all ingredients are well mixed. Remove the lid, add the grated chocolate and stir everything again with a whisk .......
  • 6 ........ on the baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes, let cool down.
  • In the meantime, melt the icing, spread it on the cold cake and decorate with grated chocolate.
