Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes, small
  • 3 bags of ready-mixed salad mix (Salatfix “spicy garden herbs”)
  • 2 onions
  • Garlic, to taste
  • n. B. Oil
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

without mayonnaise

Boil the potatoes with their skins on until tender. In the meantime, prepare the salad dressing according to the package instructions, using the required amount of water and oil. Add the onions and garlic, finely diced or pureed. Peel the potatoes, cut them into bite-sized pieces, and add them to the sauce while still hot. It tastes best served warm and pairs well with grilled food.
