Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 100 g South Tyrolean bacon
  • 1 Onion
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 2 Eggs (S)
  • 40 g Parmesan
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder

Instructions
 

  • Cook the spaghetti in enough salted water until al dente.
  • Peel the onion and dice it. Also dice South Tyrolean bacon. Fry both in a tablespoon of olive oil. Pour in the cream.
  • Mix eggs and cheese, season with enough pepper. Drain the spaghetti, drain briefly and add to the bacon. Mix briefly until everything is nice and hot. Take the pan off the heat and mix immediately with the cheese and egg mixture. The spaghetti is wrapped in the carbonara cream and the eggs cook gently in the mixture. Serve immediately.
