Spaghetti Carbonara – Low Carb

- 150 g Soy noodles
- 3 Pc. Egg
- 100 g Lowfat quark
- 100 g Grated Parmesan
- 100 g Parma ham slices
- Spread the ham slices evenly on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 160ºC until lightly crispy.
- Put on the pasta water with a pinch of salt.
- Put the egg white and egg yolk in a heat-resistant round bowl and mix with the quark and Parmesan to a smooth mixture.
