Spaghetti Carbonara À La Mama

- 500 g Spaghetti
- 300 ml Cream
- 5 piece Eggs
- 200 g Ham
- 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic
- Olive oil for frying
- Dice the ham. Whisk eggs and cream together. Season to taste with salt, pepper and a little garlic. Mix in 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan. Boil the pasta and strain. Fry the ham in olive oil. Add the egg-cream mixture and let it set until almost constant, stirring constantly. Fold in the spaghetti, season to taste and serve immediately.
