Anni’s Super Apple Pie
The perfect anni’s super apple pie recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Floor :
- 100 g Soft butter
- 80 g Sugar
- 10 g Vanilla sugar
- 2 piece Free range eggs
- 100 g Cream of sour cream
- 180 g Spelled flour type 1050
- 0,5 tsp Tartar baking powder
- 2 tbsp Milk
Cream:
- 2 tbsp Custard powder
- 1 piece Vanilla pod
- 50 g Sugar
- 400 ml Cream
- 150 g Sour cream
Streusel:
- 200 g Spelled flour
- 150 g Raw cane sugar
- 10 g Vanilla sugar
- 150 g Ice cold butter
- 0,5 tsp Ground cinnamon
- Knead the crumble dough, wrap in household foil and place in the refrigerator.
- Mix all ingredients of the batter (base) with a food processor or a hand mixer, spread in a greased springform pan sprinkled with breadcrumbs and prebake at 180 ° C for 15 minutes.
- Now prepare the cream. Bring 350 ml of cream with the sliced vanilla pod and sugar to the boil. Mix 50 ml of cream with the custard powder and add to the boiled cream. Cook for 1 minute while stirring. Remove the vanilla pod, let it cool down a bit and fold in the sour cream. Spread the pudding cream on the pre-baked base, spread the chopped apples on top and cover with the crumble.
