Anti-aging weapon with raspberries

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g raspberries
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 75 g yogurt
  • some mint, for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

With delicious raspberries and yogurt

Puree raspberries (except for 2-3) with the sugar. Pour half of the raspberry puree into a glass, layer half of the yogurt on top, then add a second layer of raspberry puree to the yogurt and spread the remaining yogurt over the raspberry puree. Garnish with a few mint leaves and the remaining raspberries. Raspberries contain potent protective substances that can slow skin aging. Combining them with egg whites enhances the effect. However, no guarantees can be given for this.
