Antipasti – Spaghetti – Salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 1 jar tomato(s), dried, pickled in oil
  • 1 bunch arugula
  • 4 packs of ready-made mix (salad herbs with garlic)
  • 6 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, lighter
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp rosemary, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Boil the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Chop the sun-dried tomatoes. Combine the tomato oil with the rosemary, 4 packets of salad herbs, the crushed garlic cloves, and the balsamic vinegar. Clean and chop the arugula. Drain the spaghetti, let it cool slightly, and then toss it with all the other ingredients.
