a simple, tasty pasta dish without sauce or pesto

First, boil the pasta with half the oil and salt. Then dice the sausage and fry it in the margarine in a pan over high heat until it browns well. (We’ll also only use about half the margarine to begin with.) While this is happening, chop the onions and garlic and slice the carrots. Once the sausage is golden brown, add everything to the pan along with the remaining margarine. Then fry briefly until the onions are translucent and the carrots are slightly soft. Once the pasta is very tender, drain it and stir together everything else we’ve prepared so far in the same pot. Now add the spices and the remaining olive oil and mix well. And there you have it, a ‘poor man’s meal’ with unusual seasoning and no sauce or pesto. A pasta dish of a completely different kind.
