Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp mustard (Dijon mustard)
  • 1 tbsp rosemary, finely chopped needles
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 500 g potatoes, equally sized new

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

super easy and super tasty

Preheat the oven to 200°C. In a bowl, combine the oil with the mustard, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper. Brush the potatoes clean, dry them, and cut them into equal-sized wedges. Toss them in the seasoned oil, arrange them in a large baking dish, and bake in the oven for 30 minutes until crispy. Turn occasionally. Serve hot.
