Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pkt. pizza dough, rectangular
  • 3 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 handful of fresh herbs (sage leaves, oregano, thyme, basil, rosemary)
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds
  • Sea salt, coarse
  • Pepper, black from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Place the pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread with the tomato sauce (you can use a ready-made one). Sprinkle with coarse sea salt and pepper. Sprinkle with the coarsely chopped herbs and caraway seeds. Bake for 20 minutes at about 200°C (not too hot, otherwise the herbs will turn black).
