Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g pizza dough
- 200 g tomato sauce
- 150 g cheese
- 2 croissants

Cut the croissants in half and fill each with some cheese. Roll out the pizza dough and divide it lengthwise into two equal pieces. Spread each half with tomato sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Place the filled croissants on each half and roll them up. Place the two croissants on a baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 220°C (top/bottom heat) or 200°C (convection oven). This is a great finger food recipe for a snack or for parties.
