Appetizers with ham cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g ham, cooked
  • 80 g butter, room temperature
  • 8 slices of toast

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Dice the ham and blend it with the butter in a food processor until smooth. Lightly toast the slices of bread in the oven, quarter them, and spread them with the ham cream. Arrange on a platter and serve. You can use other types of bread instead of the toast.
