Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 nectarines, ripe
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 4 tbsp orange juice
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 2 tbsp pistachios, unsalted
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
as a small snack
Wash and dry the nectarines. Halve each fruit, removing the stones. Using a very sharp knife, slice the fruit halves into as thin slices as possible and arrange on serving plates. Mix the maple syrup or honey with the orange juice and yogurt and drizzle over the nectarines. Finely or coarsely chop the pistachios and sprinkle over the fruit.
