  • 100 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 20 g milk, 1.5% fat
  • some sweetener of your choice
  • 100 g apple
  • some oil for frying
  • some topping of your choice, e.g. cinnamon

Mix together the flour, egg, low-fat quark, milk, and a little sweetener of your choice, if desired. Cut the apple into small pieces and add to the batter. Heat a pan with a little oil, add some batter, and fry the apple and low-fat quark slices until golden brown. Top the apple and low-fat quark slices as desired, for example, with cinnamon. This dish contains approximately 450 kcal per serving.
