Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 apples, pitted and chopped
- ½ cup oatmeal
- 1 ½ cup(s) plant milk (plant-based milk) (rice, oat, or soy milk)
- 1 tsp honey or agave syrup
- ¾ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Soak the oats in the milk for about 5 minutes. Then add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.
