Apple and oat smoothie

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 apples, pitted and chopped
  • ½ cup oatmeal
  • 1 ½ cup(s) plant milk (plant-based milk) (rice, oat, or soy milk)
  • 1 tsp honey or agave syrup
  • ¾ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Soak the oats in the milk for about 5 minutes. Then add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.
