Apple and onion pan with pork medallions

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pork fillet(s)
  • 2 large onions
  • 3 apples
  • 250 ml white wine
  • 300 g sour cream
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tsp vegetable broth, instant
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Cut the fillet into medallions approximately 1.5-2cm thick. Peel and roughly dice the onions. Then fry the medallions and onions in plenty of olive oil. Peel and core the apples, and also dice them. After about 15 minutes of frying, add the apples to the pan. After another 15 minutes, add the vegetable stock, mustard, sour cream, and white wine. Fry for another 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve hot.
