Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 375 g broccoli
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 100 g bacon, diced
  • 250 ml milk
  • 3 tbsp sauce powder for hollandaise sauce
  • Seasoning mix for pasta (pasta seasoning e.g. from Ostmann)
  • 300 g pasta of your choice
  • possibly Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

quick and very tasty

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Then drain through a sieve. Trim the broccoli, cut it into small florets and then cook it until al dente. In the meantime, peel and finely chop the onion and sweat it in a little fat until translucent. Add the bacon cubes and fry briefly. Deglaze the mixture with the milk and then thicken with the sauce powder. Drain the broccoli and add it directly to the sauce – leaving the broccoli florets whole or chopping them up, depending on your preference. Season everything to taste with pasta seasoning. Serve the sauce on pasta of your choice – e.g. tagliatelle – and serve. Add Parmesan cheese if desired.
