Apple and radish salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 1 apple
  • 3 tbsp yogurt
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

With yogurt, as a side dish

Wash the radishes, remove the leaves, and chop them finely. Peel and core the apple, and cut into small cubes. Combine the yogurt, agave syrup, and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, and toss with the apple and radishes.
