  • 1 Egg
  • 50 g Whipped cream
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 100 g Flour
  • 0,5 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 Apple Elstar fresh
  • Sliced ​​almonds
  • Muffin paper cases

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter in a saucepan and let it cool down. Place two muffin paper molds inside each other and place in six muffin troughs
  • Mix the egg with the cream, sugar and two tablespoons of the melted butter. Sift flour with baking powder over it and stir in.
  • Quarter and peel an apple, remove the core and cut into small pieces. Fold under the dough.
  • Divide the batter into the molds. Scatter the almonds on top and drizzle with the rest of the butter. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool down.
