Apple and yogurt dessert

Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 apples
  • 300 g natural yogurt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 400 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Peel and core the apples, and slice them into thin strips. Sauté them in the margarine with the sugar and cinnamon until soft. Meanwhile, mix the custard powder with a little of the milk. When the apples are soft, pour in the milk and bring to a boil (don’t be alarmed if the milk curdles; it will settle later). Once boiling, add the mixed powder, cook briefly, and allow to thicken. Remove from the heat and let cool to room temperature. Then pour the yogurt into a bowl, add the apple mixture, and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
