Apple – Avocado – Dish

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 avocado(s), ripe
  • 1 apple
  • 250 g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp oat bran
  • ½ lemon(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Delicious breakfast

Halve the avocado and twist both sides together to remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh and mash it with a fork or puree it with a hand blender. Sprinkle with a little lemon juice. Coarsely grate the apple and add it to the avocado, mixing well. Stir in the oat bran and yogurt, and mix everything well.
