Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry
- ½ cup sour cream or creme fraîche
- Cinnamon powder
- 1 banana(s), ripe
- 1 apple, sour
- lemon juice
- 75 g chocolate, whole milk
- 75 g white chocolate
- sugar and cinnamon
- Almonds, chopped
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tbsp milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Roll out the puff pastry, spread with sour cream, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Dice the fruit, drizzle with a little lemon juice, and season finely with the sugar-cinnamon mixture. Chop/grate the chocolate. Then alternate fruit, chocolate, and more fruit on top, add chopped almonds, and seal. Brush with the egg-milk mixture. Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes. Serve with vanilla sauce or vanilla ice cream. Delicious both hot and cold!
