Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 210 g flour
- 120 g butter
- 125 g cream cheese
- 50 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 450 g apples
- 50 g sugar
- 30 g hazelnuts, ground
- 30 g raisins
- 10 g cornstarch
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp rum
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 30 g jam
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Whisk the egg, remove 1 tbsp and set aside. Knead the flour, cheese, butter, sugar and egg into a dough and chill. Meanwhile, prepare the filling: peel and core the apples and slice them into fine slices, add all the other ingredients and mix well. Roll out the dough on a well-floured board to approx. 30×40 cm, cut into 2 pieces, one piece should be approx. 4 cm wider. Place the narrower strip on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, spread the apple filling along the middle and brush the edges thinly with egg. Cut into the remaining strip, place it over the strip with the apple filling and press the edges down, brush with the remaining egg and bake at 160°C fan oven for approx. 30-35 minutes.
