Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

simple, vegan, for 8 pieces

Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan/convection oven). Grease a brownie pan with margarine and line it with baking paper so that it overhangs the surface. Melt the margarine in a small saucepan, then let it cool. Peel the apples, cut them into small cubes, and mix them with 1-2 tablespoons of sugar. (The riper the banana, the less sugar you need.) Combine the dry ingredients. Add the mashed banana and melted margarine and mix everything into a sticky dough. Fold in the apples. Press the dough into the pan and bake for 35 minutes.
