Peel, core, and slice the apples. Marinate with lemon juice, water, and rum. Cook on the stovetop for 3 minutes or microwave at 600 watts for 3 minutes. Drain the apples. Beat the margarine and yogurt with the sugar, vanilla powder or vanilla sugar, grated lemon zest, and a pinch of salt until fluffy. Gradually stir in the eggs. Mix the flour and nuts with the baking powder. Alternately add the flour and milk to the mixture. Mix everything together to form a smooth batter. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour in the batter and smooth it out. Place the apples in rows on top. Mix the almond slivers and powdered sugar with slightly moistened hands and sprinkle over the apples. Preheat oven to 170°C and bake on the middle rack for about 55-60 minutes. After about 30-35 minutes, sprinkle the raisins on top.
