Apple – cinnamon – semolina porridge

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g semolina
  • 400 ml milk (0.3% fat) or water or mixed
  • 100 g yogurt (0.1% fat)
  • 2 apples
  • Cinnamon
  • Sweetener, liquid

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the semolina in the milk (or water, or a mixture) according to the package instructions, season with liquid sweetener if desired, and mix with the yogurt. Meanwhile, core and peel the apples and cook until soft (about 5 minutes in a microwave at 750W). Then mash them a little and season with sweetener and cinnamon to taste. Mix the apple-cinnamon mixture with the semolina. It can also be eaten cold as a dessert.
