Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 125 g sugar
- 150 g butter or margarine
- 2 eggs
- 750 g apples
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 120 g sugar
- 50 g ground almonds
- 150 g butter or margarine

- 200 g flour
- Butter or margarine for the mold
- Breadcrumbs for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
For the base, mix the flour with the cinnamon, sugar, butter or margarine, and eggs to form a smooth dough. Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Grease a springform pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Press the dough out with your fingers on the base, slightly raising the edges. For the filling, peel and core the apples, and cut into thin wedges or cut into small pieces. Arrange the apples on the dough and drizzle with lemon juice. Sprinkle with sugar and almonds. For the crumble, mix the butter or margarine with the sugar and flour in a bowl and crumble over the apples. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for about 50-60 minutes. Let the cake cool in the pan before removing the ring.
