Apple-cherry jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 g cherries
  • 350 g apples
  • 350 g gelling sugar 2:1
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Pit the cherries, peel, and core the apples. Place the fruit in a saucepan with lemon juice and cinnamon and puree to taste. Then add the gelling sugar and cook the jam according to the sugar package instructions. Pour into clean screw-top jars, seal the jars, and let stand with the lids on for a few minutes.
