Apple Chest Cake

- 3 Eggs
- 150 g Sugar
- 100 ml Oil
- 250 g Flour
- 7 g Baking powder
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 150 ml Buttermilk
- 1 Apple
- Lemon juice
- Powdered sugar
- Beat the eggs until frothy. Add sugar and vanilla sugar and stir well. Then stir in the oil and buttermilk. Mix flour with baking powder, add and stir everything well.
- Peel and core the apples and cut into cubes, drizzle with a little lemon juice. Grease a loaf pan well, pour in half of the batter, distribute the apples on top and pour in the remaining batter.
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Put the cake in the oven after 15 minutes slightly cut lengthways and bake for another 30-35 minutes.
- Take the cake out of the oven, let it cool and dust with powdered sugar.
