Apple Chocolate Cake

- 3 Apples
- Lemon juice
- 2 Eggs
- 150 g Brown sugar
- 50 ml Oil
- 125 g Yogurt
- 200 g Flour
- 35 g Cocoa
- 1 packet Baking powder
- Powdered sugar
- Peel and core the apples, cut two of them into cubes and the other into wedges. Drizzle the apples with lemon juice.
- Beat eggs and sugar until frothy, stir in yogurt and oil. Mix in the flour, cocoa and baking powder, stir in. Fold in the diced apples.
- Pour the dough into a greased springform pan, spread the apple wedges on top and bake at 180 ° C in a preheated oven for 45 – 50 minutes.
- Take the cake out of the oven, let it cool, remove it from the mold and dust with powdered sugar.
