Apple Chocolate Cake

  • 3 Apples
  • Lemon juice
  • 2 Eggs
  • 150 g Brown sugar
  • 50 ml Oil
  • 125 g Yogurt
  • 200 g Flour
  • 35 g Cocoa
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • Powdered sugar
  1. Peel and core the apples, cut two of them into cubes and the other into wedges. Drizzle the apples with lemon juice.
  2. Beat eggs and sugar until frothy, stir in yogurt and oil. Mix in the flour, cocoa and baking powder, stir in. Fold in the diced apples.
  3. Pour the dough into a greased springform pan, spread the apple wedges on top and bake at 180 ° C in a preheated oven for 45 – 50 minutes.
  4. Take the cake out of the oven, let it cool, remove it from the mold and dust with powdered sugar.
