Baking: Chocolate Cake with Apple Chips

  • 75 g Liquid butter
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 100 g Wheat flour type 550
  • 10 g Cocoa powder slightly de-oiled
  • 0,5 teaspoon Cinnamon
  1. Grease and crumble a springform pan and preheat the pipe to 185 degrees.
  2. Mix the butter, sugar, eggs and salt until frothy. Weigh in the flour, baking powder and cocoa and stir well. Add enough cider to make a heavy batter.
