- 300 g Wheat flour type 550
- 0,5 packet Backpluver
- 20 g Cocoa powder slightly de-oiled
- 50 ml Cider

- 75 g Liquid butter
- 100 g Sugar
- 100 g Wheat flour type 550
- 10 g Cocoa powder slightly de-oiled
- 0,5 teaspoon Cinnamon
- Grease and crumble a springform pan and preheat the pipe to 185 degrees.
- Mix the butter, sugar, eggs and salt until frothy. Weigh in the flour, baking powder and cocoa and stir well. Add enough cider to make a heavy batter.
- Pour the dough into the springform pan, distribute it evenly and place the chopped apple fritters and / or apple chips (dessert: apple fritters – the best recipe) on top.
