Chocolate Apple Cake

- 250 g Soft butter
- 200 g Sugar
- 4 small Apples
- 3 Eggs
- 250 g Flour
- 3 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 75 g Cocoa drink powder
- 2 tablespoon Water
- Line the 23 springform tin with baking aluminum foil. Peel, quarter and core the apples.
- 70g butter and 150g sugar with 2 tablespoons. Heat the water in a pan. Add the apples and simmer on both sides for 4 minutes. Place the apples with the round surface in the springform pan and pour in the liquid.
