Chocolate Apple Cake

  • 250 g Soft butter
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 4 small Apples
  • 3 Eggs
  • 250 g Flour
  • 3 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 75 g Cocoa drink powder
  • 2 tablespoon Water
  1. Line the 23 springform tin with baking aluminum foil. Peel, quarter and core the apples.
  2. 70g butter and 150g sugar with 2 tablespoons. Heat the water in a pan. Add the apples and simmer on both sides for 4 minutes. Place the apples with the round surface in the springform pan and pour in the liquid.
  3. Mix the remaining butter and sugar until creamy. Add the eggs, multiple, baking powder, salt and cocoa powder and stir everything well.
