Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 egg(s)
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 kg apples
  • 2 pts. pudding powder, vanilla
  • 200 g sugar
  • ¾ liter of cider

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Stir all dough ingredients together to form a firm batter. Line a springform pan with baking paper and roll out the dough. Peel and finely chop the apples. Cook the vanilla pudding, sugar, and apple cider together. Place the apple pieces on the dough base, cover with the vanilla pudding/apple cider mixture, and bake in the oven at 175°C for 90 minutes. Let cool overnight.
