Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 apples
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon sugar
  • 50 ml red wine
  • 150 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

First, wash and peel both apples. Don’t discard the peels, but cut them into strips about 1 cm long. Cut one apple into small cubes. Put the butter in a small saucepan and heat. Then add the cinnamon sugar and the diced apple and sauté for about 5 minutes. Then deglaze with the red wine. Once half of the wine has evaporated, add the water and simmer for another 5 minutes. Slowly grate in the second apple. Simmer for another 5 minutes, then serve garnished with the fresh apple peels.
