Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 700 g apples
- 250 ml cranberry juice
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 kg gelling sugar 1:1
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 29 minutes
Christmassy with cinnamon
Peel, core, quarter, and cut the apples into small pieces. Sprinkle with a little lemon juice. Sprinkle the gelling sugar and cinnamon over the apples and let it sit for a while. Add the cranberry juice and simmer for at least 4 minutes. Stir well. Pour the hot jam into jars, seal tightly, and turn upside down for about 10 minutes.
