Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 1 pinch of baking powder
- 150 g butter
- 70 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 800 g apples
- 300 g cream cheese
- 100 ml milk
- 1 organic lemon(s), zest
- 50 g honey
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 50 g almond flakes
- 4 tbsp syrup (maple syrup)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 50 minutes
Knead flour, baking powder, butter, sugar, and 1 egg into a shortcrust pastry and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Line a prepared springform pan with the dough. Peel the apples, slice them into wedges, and arrange them on the base. Mix the cream cheese, milk, grated lemon zest, honey, vanilla sugar, and remaining eggs and pour over the apples. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 45-50 minutes. Allow the cake to cool. Drizzle with maple syrup before serving.
