Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g sweet cream
- 2 tbsp jelly (apple jelly)
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 g apples, juicy
Instructions

Whip the cream until stiff. To sweeten and flavor, stir in the apple jelly and cinnamon. Grate the apples and fold them into the cream. Serve in glass bowls and sprinkle with a little cinnamon. For decoration, you can use apple peel curls; red apples look very pretty.
