Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 apples (Boskoop), peeled and quartered
- 2 tbsp raisins
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 lemon(s), juice
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 100 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g butter
- 50 g desiccated coconut
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Apple crumble cake for dessert
Sauté the apples with the ingredients until soft. Place in a casserole dish. Crumble the loosely kneaded crumble mixture over the top and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes. Traditionally served with warm vanilla sauce. Vanilla ice cream also goes well with it.
