Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 thick apples, diced
  • 250 g flour
  • 125 g margarine or butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • Fat for the mold
  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g margarine or butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel and dice the apples, and sauté briefly. Mix the ingredients for the dough. Pour the dough into a greased springform pan and press down lightly. Place the sautéed apples on top. Mix the ingredients for the crumble topping and knead briefly with your fingers until it forms crumbles. Then sprinkle these on top of the dough and apples. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for about 60-70 minutes.
