very fruity and not too sweet

Make a dough from flour, baking powder, sugar, margarine, and egg. Roll out the dough, line a springform pan with baking paper, and form a 2-3 cm high edge. Peel the apples, core them, and cut them into very fine pieces. Bring the vanilla pudding powder to a boil with the sugar and apple juice. Mix the warm mixture with the apples and pour it onto the dough. Bake for 1 hour at 180 degrees Celsius. Let it cool in the springform pan. Once the cake is completely cool, spread the whipped cream on top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
