Apple crumble cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 250 ml milk
  • 40 g yeast
  • 80 g sugar
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 egg(s)
  • Grease for the tray
  • 2 kg apples, sour
  • 2 lemon(s), the juice
  • 50 g sugar
  • 150 g flour
  • 75 g butter
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Make a yeast dough from the ingredients as usual and let it rise for 15 minutes. Roll out the dough on a greased baking sheet. Peel the apples, quarter them, and core them. Either coarsely grate the apple quarters or slice them thinly. Mix them with the lemon juice and sugar and spread them on the yeast dough. For the crumble, knead the flour, sugar, butter, vanilla sugar, and cinnamon with your hands, crumble, and sprinkle over the apples. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 200°C for 30 minutes.
