Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 350 g flour
- 250 g sugar
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 175 g butter
- 200 g sour cream
- 1 pkt. Vanilla – Cooking sauce for 500 ml
- 800 g apples
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Knead the dough from 200g flour, 75g sugar, 1 sachet of vanilla sugar, salt, baking powder, 1 egg and 100g fat and roll it out to fit the springform pan (26cm). Place in a greased pan and prick several times. Chill. Whisk the sour cream with the sugar, sauce powder, vanilla sugar and 3 eggs. Peel the apples and spread them on the base in rough cubes. Then pour the sour cream mixture on top. Make a crumble from the remaining ingredients (150g flour, 75g sugar, cinnamon and 75g fat) and spread this on the cake. Bake at 175°C / fan oven for 45 – 50 minutes. Once cooled, sprinkle with icing sugar.
