Apple crumble sheet cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g quark
  • 90 ml milk
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 120 g honey
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 400 g whole wheat flour
  • Flour for the baking sheet
  • 1 kg apples
  • 100 g raisins
  • 100 g honey
  • possibly cinnamon
  • 100 g sunflower seeds or
  • Hazelnuts, ground
  • 200 g whole wheat flour
  • 100 g honey
  • 120 g butter
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

from quark – oil dough

Mix the quark with milk, egg, oil, salt, and honey. Add the baking powder and whole wheat flour, knead everything into a smooth dough, and let it rest for 15 minutes. During this time, peel the apples, coarsely grate them, and drizzle with lemon juice. Add the raisins, honey, and cinnamon and mix. Grind the sunflower seeds or hazelnuts and dry roast them in a pan. Let cool slightly and knead with whole wheat flour to form a crumble dough. Place the quark and oil dough on a floured baking sheet and press down evenly. Spread the apple mixture on top and top with the crumble topping. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 45 minutes.
