Apple crumble with raisins, almonds and walnuts

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 750 g apples
  • some cane sugar
  • n. B. Cinnamon powder
  • e.g. raisins
  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 50 g walnuts
  • 50 g almond flakes

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Peel and chop the apples, and arrange them in a greased ovenproof dish. Sprinkle the brown sugar over them. The amount depends on how sour the apples are. I always use about a tablespoon, and in winter I like to mix in a bit of cinnamon. Place the apples in the oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, combine the sugar and flour and melt the butter. Knead the mixture together and form a crumble. Remove the apples from the oven and sprinkle with raisins, almonds, and walnuts. Spread the crumble on top. Bake the apple crumble for 20-25 minutes. It tastes best warm with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream.
